Shipping
Items are typically dispatched within five working days after receiving payment. Made-to-order and commissioned pieces may take longer (up to three weeks). Estimated times will be communicated via email at the time of order, and can be found in product descriptions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
I strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address at checkout, as well as confirming the size of the order is correct.
Returns &exchanges
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund, unless the item is commissioned, bespoke, or personalised.
To cancel, please email me at ehhermelin@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancelled item being returned in its original condition.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. In that case, contact me directly and send an image of the product you’ve received. Returns must be in the same condition as when they were received and should be carefully wrapped up in the same packaging.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may return it to you.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
Product care
All jewellery can be delicate and requires careful handling. E.H. Hermelin is not liable for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care guidelines.
All silver used is recycled 925 and hallmarked by the London Assay Office. Elsa Henderson, who makes and finishes all jewellery in her London studio, takes great care in ensuring the quality of her products.
To care for your product, please understand that silver oxidises over time. Tarnishing is normal and can easily be removed with a polishing cloth. To prolong oxidation, remove your jewellery when sleeping, showering, exercising, swimming, or cleaning. When not being worn, store it in an airtight bag.
Be gentle with your pieces. If you notice any signs of wear and tear, please contact me. I can either direct you to services that can help or assist in the repair myself.
Privacy
I collect your personal information, including your name, email, and shipping address, solely to fulfill orders and communicate about your purchases. Your data is not shared or sold to third parties.
