E.H. Hermelin Jewellery comes from the hands of Elsa Henderson. Elsa started learning jewellery, hand-fabrication and traditional hand push engraving in Florence, Italy. What was supposed to be a short-term course turned into a passion for goldsmithing that continues to grow, one that places emphasis on maintaining heritage crafts and endangered trades. Each piece of jewellery is hand-fabricated or carved in wax, then cast through lost wax casting and finished in Elsa’s London studio, often with hand-engraved details.

E.H. Jewellery is inspired by studies of religion and philosophy, by the beauty and peace of nature, and from childhood summers spent in Sweden. All of our jewellery and silver objects display the symbolism woven through folklore, literature, and fairy tales. Our inspiration is also always found through fellow artists, engravers, silversmiths, woodcarvers, writers, and more.
